You will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers, ensuring that we deliver the best possible service we can.

In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative activities and responding to customers' needs and enquiries.Role ResponsibilitiesMeet and Greet visitorsHandle incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring they are directed appropriatelyGeneral Data Entry and Administrative dutiesHandle and process orders within Brownes for varied locationsListening to and responding appropriately to customer feedback including managing any feedback that needs to be referred internallyLiaising with internal stakeholders in our warehouse for orders and arranging deliveries / invoicingRequirements : Experience in a Customer Service role managing switchboardsExperience in listening and responding to customer's feedbackWhat do we offer : A great culture – we love being the best and we love what we do5 Weeks annual leaveEmployee rewards programVarious health and wellbeing discounts i.e.
