- The opportunity
As Principal Consultant, you'll nurture a portfolio of client relationships and build solutions to their safety culture challenges, including :
- Solution architecture - consulting and providing your expertise to work with our clients to build targeted safety culture and leadership solutions.
- Sales - leading the solution to sale with the client, including nurturing a client through the sales process to contract.
- Relationship building - building strong relationships, leveraging opportunities with targeted clients or industries, and managing the strategy of a client partnership.
This role will require some interstate and overseas travel, a few days each month.
- What you'll bring
- Significant experience in a Consulting role which has included business development and solution sales to large clients
- An understanding of the sales lifecycle and strong motivation to achieve positive results
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to contribute to the execution of a strategic roadmap
- Tertiary qualifications in IO Psychology, HR, OD, Health & Safety, Wellbeing, or a similar discipline
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and prioritise effectively
- Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders
- Experience or exposure with clients in the heavy industrial sector or clients with high safety risk culture will also be advantageous
