Principal Consultant (Leadership & Culture Change)

• The opportunity

As Principal Consultant, you'll nurture a portfolio of client relationships and build solutions to their safety culture challenges, including :

• Solution architecture - consulting and providing your expertise to work with our clients to build targeted safety culture and leadership solutions.
• Sales - leading the solution to sale with the client, including nurturing a client through the sales process to contract.
• Relationship building - building strong relationships, leveraging opportunities with targeted clients or industries, and managing the strategy of a client partnership.

This role will require some interstate and overseas travel, a few days each month.

• What you'll bring
• Significant experience in a Consulting role which has included business development and solution sales to large clients
• An understanding of the sales lifecycle and strong motivation to achieve positive results
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to contribute to the execution of a strategic roadmap
• Tertiary qualifications in IO Psychology, HR, OD, Health & Safety, Wellbeing, or a similar discipline
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and prioritise effectively
• Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders
• Experience or exposure with clients in the heavy industrial sector or clients with high safety risk culture will also be advantageous
