The Customer Service Officer at the Citiplace Community Centre is a dynamic and essential role in creating a welcoming atmosphere at the centre, serving as the first point of contact for visitors. This position is key to ensuring the seamless operation of services, with a special focus on managing room hires and overseeing all related needs, including catering and audio-visual support. Your contribution will directly enhance the experience of every guest and help the centre run smoothly and efficiently!
