- To be successful you will need
- A Certificate III Aged Care / Individual support or working towards a health related qualification (Bachelor of Nursing, Diploma of Nursing, Allied Health)
- An empathy and commitment to the care of older people with a demonstrated commitment to meeting their needs
- Proven experience in delivering high levels of exceptional customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using technology, devices and software
- Ability to work as part of a team
