Drive smarter decision-making through data and automation. Are you a technically skilled analyst who thrives on solving complex problems with data and automation? Pioneer Credit is looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data and Analytics team to help us transform how we use data to drive business outcomes.

What you'll do As a key member of our Data and Analytics function, you'll :

Analyse business and customer data to uncover insights, test hypotheses, and support continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed data-driven decision-making across the organisation.Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports using Power BIDesign, build, and automate data workflows using platforms and tools like Snowflake, Power Automate, SQL, ADF and CRM platforms.What you bring Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and scripting or automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, Python).Experience with CRM systems and data integration tools is highly desired.Hands-on experience in a contact centre or customer-focused environment is a plus.A solid understanding of data modelling, segmentation, and lifecycle analytics.Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.Why join Pioneer?
