Airfreight Import Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated

• Air Freight Coordinator
• to join our team in High Wycombe.
• What you will be responsible for?
• Managing Air Cargo Automation and Job Registrations
• Handling customer inquiries efficiently and effectively
• Dealing with Australian Customs re ACA / problem solving
• Resolve billing enquiries
• Completing all aspects of Air Import Process autonomously
• Proactively monitor process flow
• Ensure supporting customs documentation
• Participating in the department's weekend roster
• What are we looking for?
• Ideally experience in Freight Forwarding, especially in Import and / or Export procedures
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to react and perform well under pressure
