The team's primary purpose is to provide analytical capability in support of product and credit strategy initiatives in addition to provision of data and reporting to regulatory bodies, Bankwest leadership, and Bankwest / CBA group governance committees.

- The Manager, Management Analytics and Insights is an important contributor toward providing analytical support, creating and managing reports that ultimately assist with decision making and risk management activity. These activities will see you leveraging and building skills in :
- Creating and running SAS queries to deliver insights and create report
- Understanding the home loan related data sets
- Stakeholder engagement
- Identifying opportunities to automate processes
- Tableau dashboard design and maintenance, where appropriate
- Develop broad understanding of divisional risk management practices and systems in consultation with peers
- Some of the key responsibilities are
- Provision of data to support information requirements of the crew, Bankwest leadership and governance committees, regulatory bodies and the broader CBA Group
- Produce credit strategy and data quality reports
- Providing analysis supporting delivery of portfolio insights for stakeholders
- Create exceptions reports to assist with risk issue management
- Please note, whilst this is a Manager level role, this role does not have any direct reports.
- We're interested in hearing from people who have
- 3+ years experience in reporting, data analysis and customer insights
- Problem solving and analytical capabilities to enable navigation around complex data sources
- Tertiary education in business, statistics, actuarial science, mathematics, engineering or computer science
- Proficient in SAS, SQL, R or other analytical tools
- Skills in Tableau desirable
