The Position

• Client relationship on a portfolio = minimal travel
• Overseeing the support team and monitoring property updates live
• Building and nurturing key owner relationships
• Conducting 6 x week inspections to have eyes on the property

Skills & Experience

• Previous property management experience is essential - may suit a fantastic Assistant ready for their next step
• Initiative and a passion for the industry
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding problem-solving skills
• A drive to be an outstanding property manager and lead by example
