Through constant collaboration, using research and user-centric design processes you will bring product experiments from ideation to development. Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport Senior Product Designers in conducting quantitative and qualitative JobAdder user research to validate proposed product features with existing or potential users.Combine qualitative and quantitative information to develop hypotheses about customer motivations and use that to improve your designsCreate user-flows and wireframes to map out and proposed product design features.Create user-interface designs of the proposed product features using Figma.Present your work to others by participating in design reviews and feedback sessionsCollaborate with Senior Designers, Product Managers and Development team to gain and incorporate feedback.Collaborate on the maintenance of the Design Library and Design system.Support Senior Designers to elaborate and conduct user testing for product prototypes to validate the user experience of proposed new features with existing users.Write documentation and usage guidelines that teach designers and engineers how to use components and patterns across design and code.Key Skills / Knowledge RequiredAble to communicate clearly and effectively with Design team members, Product Managers and developersFormal education in Design, Interaction / UX Design or HCIAn outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in Research, Interaction and Visual Design, and prototyping.Understanding of how to create usable, accessible, and modular designsExperience working on consumer software products.Experience in planning and executing user research studies, whether more traditional user testing or more experimental concept testing.Accomplished research plans talking to customers.Growth OpportunitiesThis role provides the skills and experience to transition into a Senior Product Design role.
