Locations : Perth CBD, East Perth, Nedlands About the role : EA to the Director Work within a fast-paced environment Receive excellent support from colleagues Provide high-level executive support within a corporate environment Manage complex diaries and emails effectively Full-time position - Monday to Friday Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars Prioritize conflicting needs and ensure critical meetings are scheduled appropriately Long-term and short-term roles available Oversee reception staff tasks and duties Provide administrative support Plan and coordinate administrative functions, including report and document preparation Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders To be successful you will have the following : HEnumber Previous government experience is not essential but highly desirable Strong skills in typing, writing, grammar, and oral communication Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook Professional presentation Good organizational and interpersonal skills Benefits of your new role : Supportive team environment Randstad discounts and more Employee Assistance Program Competitive hourly rates If this sounds like your ideal job, then apply today!
