The Application Support Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of Application Administrators, other support staff and providing technical and operational support to the business by enhancing and maintaining the business systems. The position also provides project support, event support, and helps drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. The key aspect of this role is to enable the team to deliver high level of technical support by solving problems and working towards a resolution to meet customer expectation. This role will be required to build and maintain a strong relationship with key stakeholders including internal IT teams, internal divisional teams, external suppliers and support providers.
