Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Canberra for a Service Desk Manager. As a Service Desk Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the service desk team, ensuring efficient and effective support for end-users. Responsibilities include managing technical support, handling IT service management, and providing help desk support. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to improve service quality and implementing best practices to enhance IT services.

Qualifications Experience in Service Desk Management and IT Service ManagementProficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk SupportStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldCertifications in ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks are a plus
