- Main responsibilities include
- Creating and maintaining content related to recruitment, advertising strategy and employer branding
- Developing and implementing resourcing strategies catered to the needs of the business
- Partnering with hiring managers in forecasting resourcing needs
- Collaborating with local and regional stakeholders and share best practices
- Monitoring and reporting key resourcing metrics
- Develop long-lasting professional relationships through attending conferences, seminars, job fairs, and other industry events
- Creating a recruitment forecast, proactive resourcing and workforce planning
- Proven work experience as Recruitment Business Partner, Recruitment Manager or similar role
- Experience in deploying attracting and selection strategies, including Linkedin Recruiter
- Hands on experience with ATS tools and HR databases
- Strong level of communication skills both written and verbal and ability to maintain strong working relationships with across all levels
- Well-organised with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Highly innovative, looks for new ways to add value and extend engaging content across the brands and contribute to positive change and advancement of the team.
