Talent Acquisition Business Partnerto accommodate with the growth of the business.ResponsibilitiesTake ownership and management of full talent acquisition life cycle from sourcing through to offerRun talent pipelines for future opportunitiesIdentify and build external partnerships that are advantageous to building a talent pipeline for Eighty20, e.g., Universities, Tafe, other partnersDesign and implement strategy to build Eighty20's employer brand in the talent marketProvide recommendations and solutions covering specific areas of talent acquisition, including recruitment market trends analysis, vendor management, partnerships, analysis of recruitment metrics, tools, employment branding and / or other recruitment servicesEnsure recruitment and selection tooling and process meets business needs and make recommendations to achieve continuous improvementCapture and report monthly on talent metrics, highlighting success and areas of opportunitySkills RequiredMinimum 5 years of experience in sourcing and securing talent for technology companies (agency or internal) and exposure to technical recruitingRemotely facilitating processBuilding relationships to become a trusted partner to business stakeholdersDesigning and implementing creative strategies to attract and source talentExperience in implementing & improving talent Perfect processes and being able to provide recommendations to the wider business.Self-starter with ability to operate autonomously to achieve goalsStakeholder managementHigh level written and verbal communication skillsCustomer focused team playerOther Important Stuff : Applicants will need to have valid work rights for Australia and be willing to undergo background checks, including probity and police checks.Agencies
