Team Leader Community Volunteer Services

Reporting to our Manager Community Services, the Team Leader Community Volunteer Services will have a highly developed understanding and experience of the Commonwealth Home Support Program, the Tasmanian Home and Community Care Program and their target groups and the Aged Care Standards.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated skills and experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic plans and policies at the local level, as well as the ability to lead, motivate, supervise and support workers.

Provide a coordinated volunteer service to targeted groups of the Clarence community in accordance with council strategies and objectives, including :
