Assistant New Vehicle Sales Manager

What you'll be doing : Assist the New Vehicle Sales Manager in day-to-day operations of the sales department.Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve sales targets and performance goals.Ensure that the sales team provides exceptional customer service and maintains a high level of product knowledge.Assist in managing inventory and coordinating vehicle deliveries.Monitor and analyse sales data to make informed decisions on pricing, promotions, and inventory management.Participate in sales training and development programs for the sales team.Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist in closing sales deals.Uphold dealership standards and policies while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.What we're looking for : A genuine passion for the automotive industryOutstanding communication and customer service skillsA results-driven, self-motivated mindset with a hunger to succeedA professional, well-presented approach and a positive attitudeStrong computer literacy and attention to detailAvailability to work late Wednesday nights and every Saturday morningA current and valid WA driver's licenceA valid Yard Manager's licenceWhy you'll love working with us : Company Perks : Enjoy a fully maintained company vehicle and fuel card.
