Job descriptionRespond to incoming customers calls Accurately triage and log customer calls Navigate multiple systems to record and escalate queries Communicate with internal and external teams Provide calm and clear guidance to customers during high-pressure situations Handle high call volumes during peak periods Follow strict safety, compliance and escalation procedures Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls and actions taken Consistently deliver empathetic and solution-focused customer service Strong verbal and written communication skills High level of computer literacy and multitasking ability Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills Team-focused and adaptable Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident National Police Clearance required (or willingness to obtain) PLEASE NOTE - only online applications will be considered

We're partnering with a leading essential services provider to recruit Customer Service Officers for their fast-paced contact centre. These roles are perfect for individuals who thrive under pressure, are confident with technology and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Position Details :
- Start Date : Monday 14th July 2025
- Location : South-eastern suburbs of Perth, with free onsite parking
- Hours : Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Shifts : Include days, evenings, nights and weekends (24 / 7 roster)
- Duration : 12 months with potential for extension
- Pay Rate : $35ph + super
- Training : Paid, full-time training (Mon-Fri) for the first 2 weeks
- Work-from-home : Potential for remote work on late / night shifts (management discretion)
