Azooa is seeking Expressions of Interest for two Commercial Manager Lead positions supporting the Integrated Warfighting Networks (IWN) SPO and the Integrated Command, Control, Communications (IC3) SPO.
These positions offer a rare opportunity to work on some of the most critical programs in the Defence landscape.
The roles encompass procurement, contract management, commercial advisory, and industry engagement—supporting the acquisition, integration, and sustainment of cutting-edge warfighting capabilities.Key Responsibilities : As a Commercial Manager Lead, you will : ? Develop and submit procurement documentation including approval packs, sourcing strategies, and tender evaluation plans Draft contract variations, service requests, and risk assessments in accordance with ASDEFCON and CASG policy Conduct contract management activities including baselining, minute taking, invoice checking, and deliverables review Provide commercial advice to stakeholders across multiple functions including legal, finance, engineering, and ILS Monitor and report on supplier compliance with performance frameworks, AIC, WHS, and capability development metrics Train and mentor internal stakeholders to build commercial acumen within the SPO Manage documentation in line with PGPA Act, CPRs, and Defence probity requirements Provide a single point of contact for all commercial queries from procurement to execution phaseWhat You Bring : Current NV1 Security Clearance Higher degree or 8+ years of commercial / procurement experience Deep understanding of : a.
