About The Role

Our federal government client is seeking an experienced Partnerships Change Manager to lead stakeholder engagement and support the delivery of digital health initiatives. In this strategic role, you’ll manage partnerships across government and the health sector, coordinate events and engagement activities, and support change programs in a technical environment.

About The Role

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, lead sensitive projects, and contribute to operational outcomes through strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilites

Lead stakeholder engagement and partnership activities that support digital health initiatives.

Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare organisations, government bodies, and internal teams.

Plan and coordinate workshops, meetings, and events to support program delivery and collaboration.

Provide strategic advice, manage competing priorities, and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.

Lead internal teams and oversee resourcing, budgeting, and performance where required.

Support change management efforts across a diverse portfolio of programs and initiatives.

Skills Required

Strong background in managing organisational change in complex or technical environments.

Ability to work independently under broad direction, balancing multiple priorities.

High-level communication skills, including the ability to manage sensitive discussions and resolve conflict.

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, build capability, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Understanding of legislative, policy, and operational frameworks within the Australian Public Service.

Experience delivering change programs in a digital, technical, or health-focused environment.

Strong project and budget management capabilities.

Familiarity with digital health policy, technologies, or programs at a national level
