What you’ll be doing :
The Commercial Acceleration Strategy team reports to the Chief Commercial Officer, and work alongside other Commercial Divisions including Marketing, Revenue Management, Direct Distribution, SME and Sales.
The objective of the Senior Manager of Commercial Acceleration Strategy is to provide leadership support to the Head of Commercial Acceleration Strategy. This includes co-developing the broader commercial strategy and transformation roadmap to achieve our aspiration, and proactively identify opportunities to accelerate value capture. This role will lead Commercial Acceleration Analysts and take ownership of selected deep-dives into these opportunities (i.e. special projects) as part of a 4-6 weeks sprint. These special projects will be in collaboration with relevant commercial functions.
Who we’re looking for :
You will have 6+ years' experience in top-tier management / strategy consulting and ready to take the next step in your career from an Experienced / Senior Consultant to the Manager of Commercial Acceleration Strategy. You will have a proven ability to successfully lead teams and promote a data led culture, to allow effective decision making across the commercial division. You have a passion for commercial performance improvement strategy and proven implementation experience. Furthermore, you have high attention to detail and experience interrogating and analysing large bodies of data to generate actionable insights and a desire to proactively seek opportunities for elite business performance; with the initiative to explore in detail. You are comfortable working in a face paced environment and enjoy the variety in working across different divisions.
The successful applicant will be Brisbane based, or willing to relocate to Brisbane.
