Our client is a premium retail supplier of Australia's best coffee and tea products, trading for over 60 years. They are currently looking for an experienced

• customer service representative
• to provide essential backend support at their concord.
• What the role includes
• Provide Customer Service & Sales Support to existing and potential customers both External & Internal.
• To provide consistent and timely sales support for client's Coffee and associated products to new and existing customers.
• To effectively manage Customer related sales data to keep it current and accurate.
• Ensure accurate invoicing details are provided to retail and industrial customers.
• To provide customer Service support for web purchases.
• What you need
• Minimum 3 years Customer Service experience.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• A proactive, personable, self-motivated team-player.
• Computer Literacy - Microsoft Office programs.
• Good problem solving and reasoning skill.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Good organization / time management skills.
