Our client is a premium retail supplier of Australia's best coffee and tea products, trading for over 60 years. They are currently looking for an experienced
- customer service representative
- to provide essential backend support at their concord.
- What the role includes
- Provide Customer Service & Sales Support to existing and potential customers both External & Internal.
- To provide consistent and timely sales support for client's Coffee and associated products to new and existing customers.
- To effectively manage Customer related sales data to keep it current and accurate.
- Ensure accurate invoicing details are provided to retail and industrial customers.
- To provide customer Service support for web purchases.
- What you need
- Minimum 3 years Customer Service experience.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- A proactive, personable, self-motivated team-player.
- Computer Literacy - Microsoft Office programs.
- Good problem solving and reasoning skill.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Good organization / time management skills.
