As a Leasing Assistant & Team Coordinator, you will play key hybrid role across the Leasing team in executing critical documentation and providing exceptional administration support.
This role sits within our Businesses team at Scentre Group, and is based out of Westfield Booragoon living destination with opportunities to work at other Westfield assets in WA.

Within our Businesses division at Scentre Group, each team works closely and collaboratively with each other, as well as other divisions across the wider business, to collectively achieve our overall Team Scorecard goals. This Businesses division includes, Leasing, Retail Administration, Retail Design & Delivery, Business Development and Innovation, BrandSpace, Finance, Strategic Analytics and Business Solutions.
Your opportunity will be to provide support to the Leasing team in processing of specialty shop documents in accordance with the established guidelines and timeframes as well as providing thorough administrative support to the regional leasing team.
Some key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Creating Retailer Accounts to ensure the appropriate structure is established, setting up precedent agreements and ongoing maintenance of Accounts
- Providing support to the Leasing Executives to ensure they are 'deal ready', including but not limited to generating reports and portfolio & account research of recent deals across the business.
- Ensure a high level of focus on quality on information and speed to transact end to end.
- Working with internal stakeholders to convert lease to opportunities, input commercial terms,request plans,shop fit out works and create renewal opportunities in advance.
- Generating and issuing letters of offer, Disclosure Statements, counter offers and acceptance letters to external stakeholders.
- Assist with preparation of Budgets and Co-Owner presentations
- Provide administrative support on expenditures
- Working with stakeholders on the delivery and return of critical documentation to our Business Partners
- Generate location plans and create Retailer presentations
- Coordinate the execution and witnessing of lease documents
