What this job involves
The Executive Team Assistant will provide a professional and efficient business support to the JLL Leasing team. You will have the ability to deal with multiple tasks at a time, and working towards a deadline is second nature to you. There will be some analytical work in this role as well as being responsible for handling multiple database systems so you must be tech savvy and have to ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Production of documents, presentations and submissions
Collate leasing data and preparation of detailed leasing marketing analysis
Maintenance and upkeep of property listings and invoice processing through our databases
Coding and submitting of AMEX and Cash Reimbursements
Catering and organizing client meetings and functions
Reception relief as and when required
Other general administrative support tasks as required.
You're a confident self-starter with a can-do attitude and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships. You will work autonomously within a sociable team environment. You will have strong formatting skills / document creation and an advanced knowledge of MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Most importantly we are looking for someone that has a good sense of humour, attention to detail, strong customer focus, strong work ethic and ability to multi-task. Previous experience as a team assistant, PA or EA role within the commercial property (or any professional) industry will be highly regarded.
