This is a student-facing role at the heart of college life, offering vital support to our diverse and vibrant student community.As the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, you will provide a welcoming and efficient front-of-house service while playing a key role in enhancing the overall student experience.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality pastoral support, assisting with a range of student enquiries, and coordinating wellbeing initiatives and student engagement events throughout the academic year.The role also involves supporting the transition of new students, particularly those under the age of 18, ensuring appropriate safeguarding measures are followed and that students feel safe, supported and connected.

You'll contribute to orientation activities, assist with student check-in and registration, and help foster a positive and inclusive environment on campus.This is a varied and rewarding position that sits at the core of student life, with opportunities to work closely with colleagues across UWA College to continually improve student support and wellbeing.
