With a commitment to excellence, safety, and innovation, we support major projects and operations throughout the Pilbara and coastal regions.About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and experienced State Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of our fleet across multiple depot locations, including Perth and the Pilbara region.

Reporting to the Managing Director and Group General Manager, this leadership role is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance operations that support business performance.This is a Perth-based role with regular site travel to support and lead regional teams.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a strong safety-first culture across all workshops
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies
• Oversee remote and metro teams of supervisors and mechanics
• Ensure compliance with WA Heavy Vehicle Accreditation (WAHVA) and Chain of Responsibilityrequirements
• Monitor fleet performance, repair costs, and workshop efficiency
• Manage supplier relationships and service contractors
• Drive continuous improvement and introduce new technologies where appropriate
• Manage budgets and cost controls across maintenance operations
• Provide ongoing training, onboarding and development to workshop staffWhat We're Looking ForExperience in :
• Fleet maintenance, especially heavy-duty truck and trailer repairs
• Leading remote teams and coordinating regional depot operations
• Managing compliance, safety protocols and accreditations (WAHVA, CoR)
• Maintenance planning and project delivery
• Budgeting and supplier managementQualifications :
• 5+ years in a senior or state-level maintenance roleWhat's on Offer
