As State Manager – WA, you will take the reins of a high-performing team and drive strategic and operational excellence across transport, warehousing, and logistics functions. You'll lead with integrity, optimise resources, and champion safety, compliance, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end transport, logistics, and warehousing operations across WA
Deliver strong commercial outcomes and ensure profitability
Drive strategic planning and operational improvements aligned with market conditions
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting against KPIs
Identify and implement opportunities for business growth and efficiency
Provide clear leadership and communication to your team
Mentor and develop team members to perform at their best
About You You're an energetic and driven leader with a solid background in logistics. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to bring out the best in your team while keeping the customer at the centre of everything.
You will bring :
5+ years' experience in transport and logistics leadership
Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
Proven ability to manage performance, budgets, and operational targets
Advanced negotiation and influencing capabilities
