We are looking for an experienced and driven
Be at the helm of a high-growth, vibrant QSR brand with 43 venues nationwide.
Lead a dynamic team across WA, driving exceptional results and fostering positive energy.
Shape the future of Yo-Chi in WA as we expand into new markets and communities.
Lead, mentor, and coach Area Leaders and Venue Leaders, creating a culture of growth and success.
Take ownership of WA's performance - from financial results to operational excellence.
Oversee recruitment, training, and development to build high-performing teams.
Drive profitability by managing labour, COGs, and operational KPIs.
Collaborate on local marketing initiatives to connect with communities and boost sales.
Support new venue openings, ensuring seamless launches in line with Yo-Chi standards.
Help set the strategic direction within Operations.
Operated in a State Management role within hospitality, retail or QSR, with a strong operational focus.
A people-first leader who thrives on developing teams and fostering connection.
Financially savvy, with a track record of managing P&Ls and driving profitability.
Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented, ready to tackle a fast-paced environment.
