• Responsibilities
• Management of Damaged & Written off Vehicles
• Management & Processing of Vehicle Infringement Notices
• Liaising with Regional Managers Daily on any Vehicle Related Issues
• Liaising with Repairs & Insurance Companies
• Assisting the National Operations Manager
• Providing the Finance Team with Support where needed
• Skills and Experience
• Positive Attitude
• Ability to Build Relationships with Internal & External Parties
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Solid Organisational Skills
• Attention to Detail
• Ability to Multitask
• Sound Computer Skills
• Previous Experience in Operational / Administration Support will be considered a plus but not essential
• Accounts Receivable Experiance
