Leading Hand Boilermaker

We are currently seeking suitably experienced and qualified personnel for the position of

• Leading Hand Boilermaker
• to carry out all 'hands-on' aspects of new build buckets and refurbished buckets at our Port Hedland workshop.
• Manufacturer new backhoe and face shovel buckets;
• Carry out extensive refurbishments on large backhoe and face shovel buckets;
• Arc air gouging and welding flux core;
• Ensuring all maintenance repairs are performed in accordance with company guidelines and within cost targets; and
• Complete required company QA / QC documents;
• Your Skills and Experience
• Demonstrated Leadership skills
• Significant post-trade experience with heavy earth moving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi;
• A strong commitment to safety, health, and the environment, with a proactive approach to housekeeping;
• Relevant nationally recognised trade qualification;
• Current Driver's license;
• Applicants holding current Working at Heights and High-Risk Licenses highly regarded;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution focus;
• Ability to work as part of a cohesive team;
• A keen eye for detail, presentation, and craftsmanship; and
