Leading Hand - Service

We are seeking a Leading Hand to join our Perth Service Team. The Leading Hand will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and scheduling all branch service activities in line with Komatsu standards, policies, and procedures. This includes coordinating technicians, parts, contractors, and all other relevant parties involved in each job. The Leading Hand must be able to communicate effectively with both customers and company personnel.

• What we are looking for
• Must have heavy duty trade certificate
• Proven experience in a Leadership role.
• Understands strong customer service
• Exposure to AX Dynamics & SAP (highly regarded)
• Must be able to communicate at all levels both internal & external
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of service technicians, parts personnel, contractors, and vendors.
