An exciting opportunity for skilled and dedicated Leading to oversee and supervising contractors engaged in subdivision work including earthworks, utilities and network services. This position offers the chance to develop your career into a supervisors role, joining a team of that is dedicated to your success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Providing effective management and supervision of on-site contractors.
• Collaborating with Supervisors and Engineers to plan construction works.
• Ensuring that work is executed safely and in accordance with procedures, codes of practice, and standards.
• Offering on-the-job instruction, technical guidance, and support to the team.
• Completing and verifying routine maintenance and fault / incident reports.
• Conducting thorough worksite inspections, carrying out incident investigations, and fostering a positive safety culture within the team.
• Coordinating resources, materials, and sub-contractors appropriately.
• Issuing permits for high-risk activities, implementing traffic management plans, and maintaining positive community relations.
