About the role

As an IT Systems Analyst, you will provide support for corporate business systems including the resolution of issues, recommending improvements and updating procedures. You will also help technical support staff to respond to enquiries.

• In this role you will

Provide 2nd level support for nominated corporate business systems including analysis of problems (user, technical and business related problems).

Liaise and coordinate with all areas of Legal Aid Queensland to ensure resolution of issues and requirements.

Liaise, identify and make recommendations for improvements to Legal Aid Queensland's deployment of nominated corporate business systems.

Under supervision, undertake small projects to implement improvement recommendations.

36.25 hour full-time working week
