- About The role
- Ensure each function is set up according to Banquet Events Order (BEO)
- Deliver catering to the standards outlines to the BEO
- Set up and break down of events which includes but not limited to setting tables and chairs, stages, booths, and any other related equipment outlines in the BEO
- Maintain and upkeep of Banquet equipment and resources
- Stocktaking of departmental equipment and resources
- Ensure efficient, hospitable and professional service is provided to guests at all times
- Qualifications

- The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service
- Previous experience in a similar role will be viewed favourable
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card
