Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced Level 1 / 2 Technology Support Technician to join our growing team. This hybrid role is based in Northern Adelaide and offers some remote flexibility. The successful candidate will have at least 1–2 years of experience in a similar IT support role , with a strong technical foundation and a passion for solving problems.

Key Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote technical support to business clients Diagnose and resolve IT issues quickly and effectively Configure and support network hardware including Cisco switches and Fortinet / FortiGate firewalls Utilize TeamViewer and similar remote tools for client support Assist with server and infrastructure deployments Support cloud-based systems and backup solutions Maintain and update documentation of issues, fixes, and installations Deliver exceptional customer service in both communication and execution CCTV setup / troubleshooting is a plus Requirements Minimum 1–2 years' experience in an IT support or network technician role MUST have full car licence and own vehicle Proven experience with TeamViewer or similar remote access tools Hands-on experience with Cisco networking gear , Fortinet firewalls , and FortiGate devices Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Excellent communication and client-facing abilities A genuine passion for IT and technology Ability to work independently and within a team Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are advantageous Experience with CCTV systems is advantageous but not essential Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English , with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical clients Fluent, clear spoken English required for client-facing support and phone-based troubleshooting Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and incident / request lifecycle management Experience with ServiceNOW or similar ticketing systems Solid understanding of priority management , including how to triage issues by severity and business impact Pay Rate : $25–$35 per hour (commensurate with experience and skillset) Employment Type : Flexible — can be Contractor, Full-Time, Part-Time, or Casual, based on mutual agreement and business needs.
