Head of People Strategy and Transformation

We are currently recruiting the role of Head of People Strategy and Transformation. This role will govern and support the execution of the Virgin Australia People Strategy and HR transformation roadmap. You will be responsible for establishing key performance metrics and providing deep insights on people initiatives to ensure impactful execution.

What you’ll be doing

• Work closely with the People leadership team on strategic people initiatives across the Company, ensuring the successful execution of the People Strategy.
• Partner with the team on strategic initiatives and act as a constructive thought partner to craft, challenge, stretch and refine the strategy and initiatives.
• Provide strategic and analytical insight to relevant stakeholders on all aspects of strategic initiatives, including the measurement of execution and success.
• Establish and maintain effective governance structures and processes to oversee delivery of strategic initiatives and HR transformation project (committees, meetings, reports, risk registers, etc)
• Build Executive and Board reporting dashboard of key HR metrics.
• Develop and enhance the leadership culture of the Group through role modelling of values and leadership behaviours.
