Job description

Home Care Assistance, West Coast Perth is a small, locally run organisation, providing care and services to older adults. We are currently looking for new members to join our care team visiting clients in Perth metro and western suburbs.

We are looking for members who can work a 8 hour

12 hour shifts and possibly 24 hour Live in shifts (sleepover). The type of support you will provide varies from person to person, but will include :
Social Support and Companionship
Personal Care
Domestic Assistance
Meal Planning and Preparation
Medication Prompt and Support

What you will need for this role :

Reliable and punctual

Experience in Dementia Care

Positive attitude, compassion and a good sense of humour!

Drivers license and reliable transport (own car)

Good written and verbal skills

Current Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one (within the last 6 months)

Competent use of smart phone or apps

Current First Aid and Manual Handling Certificates (within the last 12 months)

Job Type

Casual

Pay : From $39.05 per hour

Expected hours : 12 - 48 per week
