Your Role -We are looking for a Support Worker who isempathetic, patient, and enthusiastic about making a real difference. The idealcandidate should be :

• Compassionateand understanding – You will be supporting someone with complex mental health support needs, so empathy and a non-judgmental approach are key.
• Skilledin de-escalation – You’ll be able to manage stressful situationscalmly and provide emotional support when needed.
• Motivatedand encouraging – You’ll help inspire them to meet their personal goals, and offer positive support tostay on track.
• Creativeand hands-on – Participate in fun activities like craft, colouring,and gardening. You’ll help her create picture boards of their craft anddrawings, making the experience enjoyable and rewarding.
• Willingto teach and engage – Sharing life skills like cooking and otherhobbies will be an important part of the role. Your encouragement will bekey to making these activities enjoyable and achievable.
• Energeticand fun-loving – Enjoy spending time together crafting, gardening, andexploring new hobbies that foster growth, creativity, and connection.
