- In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our administrative staff, ensuring seamless support for our multidisciplinary team, which includes medical, nursing, allied health, and research professionals. In addition to supervising administrative functions, you will work closely with the
- Manager of the Clinical Service

We are looking for a proactive and organised
- Office Manager
- with strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence in administration. To be successful in this role, you will have :
- Strong leadership & decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Extensive administrative experience
- Proven track record in supervising teams, developing office procedures, and providing high-level support.
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
