- About the role
We have an exciting role available for a E-Commerce Manager to join the team! Reporting to the divisional Head of Brand you will drive & lead the management & maintenance of the AU & NZ Hype DC websites. Working collaboratively across the business you will play an active role in the strategic map whilst providing a superior ecommerce experience.
- Your key responsibilities will include
- Management of Ecommerce team overseeing performance and delivery to ensure targets are met.
- Driving online sales to help meet financial targets and profit budgets.
- Tracking of sales performance to budget, forecast & LY by promotion and key web metrics and completing monthly projections.
- Proactively identify tactical opportunities to drive trade & sales uplift and develop strategic plans to increase traffic & convert online sales by channel.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and trade estimates as required.
- Complete ecommerce sales reporting & analysis, providing actionable insights, and produce ad-hoc reporting where necessary.
- Monitor industry, online and mobile shopping trends, maintaining knowledge of competition and awareness of ecommerce opportunities.
re-engagement plans and driving the acquisition of new sign ups.
- Working with the E-Commerce Executive to develop and execute the trading calendar.
- Work in partnership with the Performance marketing team to drive continued growth and profitability through paid channels and execute customer acquisition
and retention marketing campaigns through SEO, social media, CRM, online advertising.
- Work closely with Buying & Planning teams on strategies that optimize online product assortments in key trading periods.
- Develop & drive strategic merchandising strategy onsite.
- Support Ecommerce Coordinator in the product enrichment process and ensure products are pushed live within 48 hours of stock arriving in warehouse.
- Lead website updates and initiatives to constantly improve the customer journey and tactics to increase conversion, reduce bounce rate and cart abandonment.
- Partnering with external Agency to develop and execute a comprehensive CRO plan to improve customer experience and site usability to drive conversion increase.
- UAT and QA to ensure delivery requirements are met.
- Work with Omnichannel team to optimize & implement new developments.
- Working alongside Customer Experience team to analyze customer insights and improve on site experience.
- To succeed in this role, you will need to have
- An understanding of category performance.
- Microsoft Suite competency.
- AP21 experience highly regarded.
- Google Analytics experience (or similar).
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
