About the Role : Lead and execute the e-commerce strategy across Coles and Woolworths' online platforms.Optimise product listings, ensuring accuracy, SEO effectiveness, and engaging content.Develop and manage data-driven campaigns to increase visibility and drive sales growth.Analyse performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, sales) to deliver seamless execution and achieve business goals.Maintain strong relationships with Coles and Woolworths' online teams to stay ahead of market trends and retailer requirements.About You : Proven experience managing e-commerce accounts with Coles and Woolworths.Strong understanding of B2B e-commerce and the FMCG / Consumer Goods retail environment.Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions to drive online growth.Excellent stakeholder management skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).Strong skills in campaign execution, product optimisation, and digital marketing strategies.We're happy to have conversations with candidates who have worked in a similar role within agency.
