Your role will incorporate : Complete holistic assessmentsDevelop appropriate care plansEvaluate and make clinical decisionsGuide our care staffImprove the quality of life of our ResidentsRequirementsCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and demonstrated Aged Care / Hospital experience - Minimum 1 year of experience in Aged Care / Mental HealthAvailability to work a rotating roster which includes morning, afternoon and night dutiesAbility to communicate effectively and patiently with a range of residents with a variety of health issuesA genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with older peopleUnderstanding of ANACC, including charting, assessments, documentation and funding submissionsSummaryAbout Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT)We are a not-for-profit organisation with a mission to empower older people to 'live life to the full'.
