And so do you.Join us as a Registered Nurse and shape your future and ours.A brighter future with Helping Hand, for older people and for you.A leader at our Residential Care Homes, as a Registered Nurse you will deliver direct and comprehensive care to our residents, while supporting Enrolled Nurses and Residential Care Workers on shift.You'll also make an impact by : Using evidence-based approaches to deliver quality care to residentsEnsuring assigned resident care is performed in line with care standards and Helping Hand policies and proceduresConducting assessments, reviews, coordinate care plans and medical / clinical interventionsLiaising with family members, doctors, care workers and allied health professionals to support the wellbeing of the residentsWhat you'll bringTo succeed in this role, you will have : A Bachelor of Nursing qualificationA current AHPRA registrationThe ability to operate smartphones and apps (such as Microsoft Outlook)Minimum of 6-12 months of work experience (experience in aged care is highly regarded)Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or be willing to obtain one.You'll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following : Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of peopleThe ability to contribute in a team, while demonstrating leadership skills to support and develop staffDemonstrated ability to make decisions, take initiative and work independentlyExperience with dementia careWhy Helping Hand?We get it - a role in aged care is more than just money.
