Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an

• experienced
• Maintenance Manager
• for this busy venue in the Kimberley Region of Western Australia.

The property features accommodation, public bars, beer garden, TAB, large bottle shop and restaurant.

The town offers great facilities including mobile coverage with Telstra (patchy Optus and Vodafone also available), shopping and an airport with regular flights.

There are many great ways to spend your days off; explore the local community, learn about the local history or experience the surrounding attractions. Whether you choose to take a tour or explore on your own, there are plenty of stunning places to see including national parks, waterholes and lookouts.

• Pay Details
• 70,000-$75,000
• Accommodation and Meals $138.95 per week
• Own room with bathroom facilities
• IMMEDIATE START
• Duties
• Undertake general property maintenance across the venue
• Conducting ongoing preventative maintenance
• General grounds work with lawns & gardens
• Pool cleaning, pool maintenance, water testing
• Ensure areas are well maintained & safe for the public
• Maintain the building exterier
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and remain compliant
• Trouble shooting onsite equipment
• Other duties as required
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Maintenance experience
• Drivers licence required
