• Full ongoing training for entry-level and assistants
• Support a POD of Strata Managers with all things maintenance management on multiple complexes
• Liaise with contractors and building managers
• Schedule maintenance works from minor to large
• Liaise with Strata managers regarding any complex situations and budgets
