As an Academic Administration Officer, your key responsibilities include providing a range of administrative support activities to a business area supporting students through data records management and providing general administrative services including enrolments and graduations.
This position focuses on accuracy managing student records and documents, ensuring administrative systems deliver required information and support to educational and commercial activities, continuously improving these as required. The position also provides advice to support written and verbal complex enquiries from internal and external customers that is timely, accurate and meets policy expectations.
