Reporting to the Medical Director of Loreal Dermatological Beauty, you will develop and drive the Medical training strategy for the medical and pharmacy field teams. You will oversee the team's development and implement comprehensive training programs that cover a wide range of topics such as the various skin indications / medical disease state, patient care, brand purpose and granular product information and scientific & clinical supporting materials. Through this team upskilling you will ensure best practice and targeted education is delivered to Health Care professionals for our dynamic and fast-growing Loreal Dermatological Beauty brands

- Develop and implement a medical induction program and ensure all new team members have a superior medical onboarding program.
- Develop the Medical Training strategy and roll out to all the field and medical teams
- Develop comprehensive training modules for all brands and working with global team where necessary on content.
- Develop competency and capability framework for the medical team and work to build their strengths and move them through this framework.
- Ensure all team members are trained and continual upskilling on the Dr Centric HCP Recommendation model and coaching each team member
- This role involves substantial travel (around 50%+) for on-the-job coaching and development of the field team.
- Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of training programs and adjusting where necessary.
- Leading, developing and mentoring a team of field & training specialists to drive effective, updated and relevant education to our retail partners
- Working cross functionally within the division and partnering with the National Sales Manager & medical team to ensure best practice and targeted education is provided
- This role is to be based ideally at our Head Office in Melbourne but open to someone being based in other states
ABOUT YOU
A degree in a health science related area such as pharmacy, science or equivalent qualification is essentialPrevious experience within a similar role in the medical or pharmacy field is highly desirable.You must have proven experience in leading and managing a team ideally within a pharmacy / medical environment.You will be an excellent communicator and be able to present and communicate effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders.ABOUT THE PERKS
