Head Of Training And Compliance

True Resources is now seeking a highly experienced and motivated Head of Training & Compliance to support an award-winning building inspection company with a strong reputation for delivering quality services across Western Australia.

This role is pivotal in ensuring inspectors are highly skilled, regulatory-compliant, and delivering reports to the highest standard. Working closely with the COO, you will refine training materials, develop compliance frameworks, and drive continuous improvement across the business.
