Administrative Officer - WA GreenTech Hub

We are seeking a highly organised and dedicated candidate to join our team as an Administrative Officer . This full-time, fixed-term position is available for 24 months and plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operational effectiveness of the WA GreenTech Hub’s administrative functions. The project is funded by the WA State Government to accelerate new technologies aimed at decarbonising Western Australia.

As the main point of contact, you will coordinate and undertake various administrative activities that support our day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive personal assistance to senior staff, as well as managing general support and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
