Position DescriptionKey AccountabilitiesAbout the RoleAs a HR Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to work with the senior leadership team to make a real impact within the HR function. You are passionate about HR and have the runs on the board to demonstrate that your passion translates into action. As you partner with leaders, you will be responsible for the generalist HR activities throughout your portfolio in Western Australia, including :
Be a trusted partner to State Managers in the delivery of an effective, coordinated, responsive and stakeholder-centric HR partnering serviceBuild capability by coaching business leaders and Managers on the full suite of people related issuesDrive improved performance on key people mattersEducate and coach Managers in compliance matters to eliminate risk to the businessHelp create and foster a high performing workplace culture that attracts and retains talented employees, ensuring culture and value fit into the businessThink at both a strategic and operational level and be comfortable moving between the two to meet the needs of the businessTalent Management (including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and through the employee lifecycle)Effectively communicate within the HR function to ensure consistency of high-quality service and support nationallyAction queries through the HR inbox efficiently by responding promptly to all enquiries relevant to the Western regionData entry and maintenance of employee recordsSupport the coordination and delivery of initiatives and company recognition activities to build an inclusive and high-performance culture (including but not limited to 'years of service' certificates, internal newsletter and coordinating hamper deliveries where required)Skills / Selection Criteria (qualifications & experience)Skills & ExperienceTertiary Qualifications in Human ResourcesAbility to work with flexibility and initiative with limited direction or supervisionHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailExceptional organisation and planning skills with strong adherence to deadlinesProven experience in building effective relationships with all key stakeholders and the ability to negotiate and influence collaboration to achieve business outcomesAbility to travel as requiredA high level of discretion and professionalism to act with integrity and always maintain confidentialityA strong team player with a can-do attitudeProficient user of MS Office Packages including Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPointFurther informationBenefitsWe believe in providing a great employee experience.
