Kids Cottage early Learning _is a boutique family owned and operated centre nestled in the semi rural dural. We are looking for the right person who aligns with our values and centre philosophy, to join us as an _Educational Leader._

At Kids Cottage, our children are curious, capable learners who love to explore, play, and discover. We support this through a play-based program that encourages hands-on learning, meaningful connections, and a strong sense of belonging. Our educators are passionate about nurturing each child's unique strengths and creating rich, engaging environments where children thrive.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead the implementation and review of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Mentor and support educators to enhance their teaching practice and program delivery.
• Build strong, respectful partnerships with children, families, and the community.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and all regulatory requirements.
• Promote children's individual learning, wellbeing, and resilience within a safe and stimulating environment.
• Maintain thorough observations, documentation, and evaluation of children's development.
• Uphold and contribute to continuous improvement of centre philosophy, policies, and procedures.
• About You

To be successful in this role, you will have :

Pay : $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours : 32 - 40 per week
