Kids Cottage early Learning _is a boutique family owned and operated centre nestled in the semi rural dural. We are looking for the right person who aligns with our values and centre philosophy, to join us as an _Educational Leader._

- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and review of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Mentor and support educators to enhance their teaching practice and program delivery.
- Build strong, respectful partnerships with children, families, and the community.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and all regulatory requirements.
- Promote children's individual learning, wellbeing, and resilience within a safe and stimulating environment.
- Maintain thorough observations, documentation, and evaluation of children's development.
- Uphold and contribute to continuous improvement of centre philosophy, policies, and procedures.
- About You
To be successful in this role, you will have :
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Educationor equivalent post-grad ECT qualification, recognised by ACECQA).Experience in an Educational Leader roleminimum of 1 year experience preferred).CurrentNESA accreditationor willingness to obtain if moving from interstate).A currentNSW Working with Children CheckWWCC).CurrentFirst Aid, CPRanaphylaxis, and asthma management certifications.A current certificate inCHCPRT025 - Identify and Report children and young people at riskor equivalent).A deep knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and current best practices in early childhood pedagogy.Strong proven leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative approach.Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management capabilities.A genuine passion for fostering curiosity, creativity, and lifelong learning.What We OfferAbove award rate based on experience and qualifications, including Educational Leader allowance.Ongoing professional development opportunities.A supportive, inclusive and friendly workplace culture.50% discount off your childcare gap fees.Pay : $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
